In 15 years of Believe Cross™ being in business, we have never had an unhappy customer or a return. Our crosses and rosaries are highly premium and are an investment so we extend a lifetime workmanship guarantee along with our satisfaction guarantee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason a customer is not satisfied with their Believe Cross™ purchase, simply return it in the original condition within 14 days for a full refund, less shipping & handling.

Free Lifetime Repairs on Rosaries

In the past three years since we have been handcrafting premium rosaries, we have not had a single breakage.  However, our Rosaries use 100% natural gemstones and have hundreds of parts.  Accidents happen.  Simply contact us and we will provide our address to return to us, and we will repair as quickly as possible. Customer will be responsible to pay for shipping costs to Believe Cross™ and returning back to customer. Note: Believe Cross™ cannot guarantee exact matches on repairs/parts; however, we will make every effort to match original purchase.

Missing or Lost Parts on Rosaries

If parts, gemstones, bronze castings, etc., are replaced, Believe Cross™ will only charge customer for our cost of the part (no markups). Believe Cross™ will send you an invoice for replaced parts and shipping via email for payment.  Once customer pays the invoice, the repaired item will be shipped.

Privacy Statement

We respect your privacy! Believe Cross™ will never share or sell customer emails or information with any third parties. Your information will be held with the utmost care and will only be used for internal purposes.

Shipping

Ready to ship items are processed in 3-5 business days. Believe Cross™ only ships in the USA via Priority Mail and includes tracking and insurance.  Customer will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Rates are calculated by USPS.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your product arrives damaged, please contact Believe Cross™ within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product.  If you do not receive your product (lost or stolen), please contact Believe Cross™ within 7 days of the expected arrival date.  In the absence of such notice, customer will be deemed to have waived all such claims.
