In 15 years of Believe Cross™ being in business, we have never had an unhappy customer or a return. Our crosses and art are highly premium and are an investment so we extend a lifetime workmanship guarantee along with our satisfaction guarantee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason a customer is not satisfied with their Believe Cross™ purchase, simply return it in the original condition within 14 days for a full refund, less shipping & handling.

Privacy Statement

We respect your privacy! Believe Cross™ will never share or sell customer emails or information with any third parties. Your information will be held with the utmost care and will only be used for internal purposes.

Terms of Use and Service

Welcome to Believe Cross LLC. We are a Christian artist studio based in Oregon. We create art to inspire faith and bring beauty into your home. By visiting our website and buying from our shop, you agree to the following rules. Please read them carefully.

1. Verification and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to buy items from this shop.

  • By using this site, you promise that all information you give us is true and accurate.

2. Intellectual Property (Our Art and Designs)

  • Ownership: All art, designs, photos, text, and logos on this website belong to Believe Cross LLC.

  • Allowed Use: You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial use (like showing a friend or sharing on social media with credit).

  • Prohibited Use: You cannot copy, sell, print, or use our artwork for commercial purposes without our written permission.

3. Custom Engraving Policy

We love creating personalized pieces. Because custom engraving is permanent, special rules apply:

  • Final Approval: You are responsible for checking all spelling, dates, and grammar before submitting your order. We will engrave exactly what you type.

  • Appropriateness of Content: As a Christian business, we strive to honor God in our work. We reserve the right to decline custom personalized engraving requests that contain profanity, vulgarity, hateful language, political statements or messaging that directly conflicts with our faith values. If we cancel an order for this reason, you will receive a full refund.

  • No Changes: Since we usually are prompt once we receive a custom order for personalized engraving, we cannot change the engraving.

4. Sales, Payments, and Custom Refunds

  • Payments: We accept major credit cards through Squarespace Payments (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, UnionPay & Klarna). All payments are processed securely.

  • Price Changes: We can change our prices or stop selling an item at any time without notice.

  • Standard Item Returns: For non-custom items, you can return them within 14 days for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Custom Item Returns: All custom-engraved items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless we made a mistake that differs from your submitted order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship packages from Oregon using USPS.

  • Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

6. Governing Law (Oregon State Law)

  • This website and business are run out of Oregon, USA.

  • Any legal disputes or claims relating to our website or shop will be handled in the courts of Deschutes County, Oregon, under Oregon state law.

7. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our shop or laws.

  • Check this page occasionally to see any updates. Your continued use of the site means you accept the new rules.

Shipping

Ready to ship items are processed in 3-5 business days. Engraved crosses may add to 1-3 days extra. Believe Cross™ only ships in the USA via Priority Mail and includes tracking and insurance.  Customer will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Rates are calculated by USPS.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your Believe Cross™ purchase is damaged, please contact Believe Cross™ within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product.  If you do not receive your Believe Cross™ purchase (lost or stolen), please contact Believe Cross™ within 7 days of the expected arrival date.  In the absence of such notice, customer will be deemed to have waived all such claims.
