Outdoor Redwood SweetHeart Cross & In-Ground Holder

This SweetHeart Cross is made from air dried, aged Humboldt Heartwood Redwood. The heart is hand carved from figured Pacific Big Leaf Maple. The SweetHeart Cross is made from a triple beam lamination for stability and longevity. It has a multi-coated oil finish intended to last a generation without having to re-coat, allowing the redwood to age gracefully (however, you can re-oil annually, if desired with any outdoor oil finish). The SweetHeart Cross and in-ground holder are a matched set and sold together. The in-ground holder can simply be buried in soil to a 14" depth, or set in concrete. The cross attaches to the in-ground holder with a solid copper peg. For an additional fee, we can hand stamp a personalized copper plaque and attach to the bottom right side of the cross (limit 25 characters).
Note: Aged Redwood has character, which includes knots, splits, holes, or cracks. We have stabilized all of these properties and tested to ensure a generational piece, with character and uniqueness. Additional cracks may occur over time and this is normal and expected in the aging process.
We have tested our outdoor crosses in all temperatures and weather conditions, including fully snow covered for over 5 years. Our design integrates our testing to give you a long-lasting, stable, non-warping outdoor cross.
The outdoor crosses we make are intended to prominently display our faith with grace in an outdoor setting. Also available -- wall mounted or our special ranch style porch swivel holder. You can inquire on these holders for special pricing and availability.
